Sam owns Not Just Dogs, a dog walking and pet care service in East Molesey and is the co-founder of Dog Days Adventure, a dog day care centre based in Ripley.

Sam set up her pet care business 10 years ago after many years in marketing, but always hankered after the ‘outdoor’ life and to make her pleasure her business and has never looked back!

Working with dogs, she says, ‘you have to expect the unexpected and be prepared!  Dogs can always make you laugh with their antics – they are nature’s clowns!’

She has a particular affinity for naughty Jack Russells, having owned one and walked many throughout the years.  Sam has three dogs of her own, one a rescue Staffie, a three legged collie from Greece and a miniature pinscher from Cyprus.

Sam has passed the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) Foundation Course and is a qualified Pet First Aider. She reads widely about dog training/behaviour and attends dog seminars and courses. 

In her spare time, Sam is a keen wildlife photographer, enjoys bird watching and has recently learnt (and is still learning!) to row.!
